Business challenge
A retail business needs a clear view of each sale, its products and stock, and the people working across its shops. Daily operations become easier to follow when checkout and management use the same information.
The problem
Separate records for receipts, stock and staff make it harder to understand what sold, what remains and which shop needs attention. The checkout flow also needs to stay focused enough for everyday counter work.
