Business challenge
An automotive workshop needs to coordinate the customer, vehicle, repair, parts and payment while keeping the team and driver informed. Its public website also needs to reflect the services and contact details used in the daily operation.
The problem
Appointments, service histories, work orders and invoices become difficult to follow when they sit in separate records. A disconnected website adds another place to maintain information and another handover when a driver requests a visit.

What the product needed to do.
- 01
Organise appointments, services and mechanics in a shared calendar.
- 02
Connect customers and vehicles with their service history and work orders.
- 03
Track diagnostics, repair progress, labour and parts through completion.
- 04
Maintain parts stock and turn work orders into invoices with payment records.
- 05
Give each activated garage a public website with its own subdomain and booking entry point.
- 06
Provide workshop and driver access from phones, tablets and computers.
A system designed around the operation.
A connected platform brings the public garage website, appointment requests, workshop workspace and driver account into one product. Garage profile information supplies the public services, working hours and contact details. The workshop follows the vehicle from its first appointment through the work order and invoice, while the driver can review appointments and repair status from a personal account.
